So let's evaluate your story.

You heard the Detective mention my name, which after about 5 minutes of conversation between him and OTHER players, he was killed by one of my T buddies. He was not talking during his death, so it wasn't really a sudden stop. But nonethless, amble time had passed and I was neither the one who killed him, nor was I involved in the fight

You said that it was me, you said you were suspicious than you KoS'd me.

You saw about 3 bodies, there were still about 6 MIA (maybe 7), you called a live check or KoS, to which I responded. Despite that, you called a KoS on me for being the only responding, although a Live Check or KoS, usually means KoS those who do not respond. Not to mention, there could have been a T who just didn't respond and I could have been an innocent.

You saw me and started shooting at me, I don't know what you mean by warning shot, but firing a series of bullets down the hallway at me, forcing me to backtrack my steps, is not really a warning. Not to mention, what you did here is already RDM/against the rules. As the only reason you'd be giving a warning shot and preventing me from coming down a hallway is to room claim which is not allowed.

You did not see me coming towards you. This was on 67th way, you were in the T tester room, you had the door closed. I came down the hallway (to which unless you have x-ray vision, you would not have seen) and opened the door. Then I proceeded to kill you. I told you that you had no reason to KoS or attempt to kill me, and that you should be mindful of that. You didn't cease to argue leading to my next point.

You got kicked because you kept arguing the rules, despite a clear explanation of why it was against the rules. You did attempt to reason with us, however, your reasoning was flawed and it was more "I'm right, you're wrong" than any true logic.

You clearly showed you would break the rules when you saw fit and then cause issues for the staff and for that, you were banned.
