I have been moderator and administrator for many small communities throughout the years, but large and noteworthy ones I have been apart of are:
KritzKast Administrator (July 2012 - April 2014)
Mann Co. Trading Administrator (September 2013 - January 2016)

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
When I was in MCT, I was properly trained by SR+MCT staff on proper SR guidelines and procedures. I also know how to use SourceMod and SourceBans.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
Apart from the adjective skills I possess above, I am a friendly individual with a positive attitude.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
4-5 hours each day

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
What I do believe the staff is currently doing right now is the quick response times of staff and the number of staff on a server at one time.

To start, a quick response time by the admins to any problems (whether it be a bug, a scammer, or mic spammer) is great. To add to that, I can hop onto Mumble and ask easily for assistance whenever. Secondly, the number of staff members on a given time (E.G: All trade 2) is also a plus. What I find interesting is the staff synergy and great work between staff members.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
I do not think I've have any concerns regarding Harpoon Gaming or its staff, but one thing I am confused about is the banning procedures in some regards to punishments.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I would like to become apart of staff due to a want to help people, as well as to offer my experience to this community.
