No i do not have any previous admin experience but i do know generally how to manage that rank if that helps.

What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
i have skills in communicating to people what they need help with because i have wanted to be a staff member for a long time. i am very good with helping people out if they have any questions and also keeping the server under control by enforcing rules.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think i would be a good staff member because i am very polite, responsible, mature, and friendly. I know that i can manage being a good staff member because i can help people that need it by explaining it to them step by step in the chat or mic if they have a headset. i am also very polite and responsible in handling matters.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
i would say about 1-2 hours per day mabey 45 min once in a while.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
i think that the current staff is good at really enforcing the rules and making sure that people don't spam, talk over each other, and other rules that apply. i think the staff is really friendly at everything they do.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
i think they could approve on more staff members to enforce rules on the server because on most servers there is simply not enough staff members to stop people from talking over each other and stuff like that.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
i have always loved helping people while still maintaining a fun environment. tf2 is the perfect place to help people as there is many things to do within tf2 that people may have questions about. i also like being well known and liked on a server because that is a good feeling to have. i feel that being a moderator will have the perfect match for all the things i listed.

Are you ready to act as middleman for events and trades?
yes i love middle manning events and or trades
