Information Map Update: trade_plaza_harpoon_a18

The Harpoon Gaming Map has been updated.

Major changes include:

• Added a KoTH Control Point.
• Fixed a lot of textures.
• Fixed out of place geometry.
• Moved admin box.
• Improved teleporter exits.
• Merasmus wheel codes changed.
• Code room is now 1 way viewed. You can't watch players till they get the code now. It's all up to you to find out!
• 2 New songs added to the Disco room. Plugin just needs finishing and it's all green to go
