Hello friends,

As a short time member, I have been perma banned for "Reason: Ghosting" by Junior Admin FreakyDeakyMayo. As it stands, I was perma banned without warning prior warning or autoslay. I shall describe the situation with claims from my friend, admins, and the factual situation.

Please provide any and all evidence
I had joined the server from the Garry's Mod server browser, now knowing that my friend Shulk was online and playing in the server. When I noticed him on the server, I thought nothing of it. The server's map was changed to "office", and we were ready for the massive amounts of bloodshed to be had on that small map. During the first round, I am selected as a traitor. My friend Shulk was not a traitor that round. During the round, I stabbed somebody and shot another one in a confined space and defended myself from waves of attackers as I nearly jihaded myself to escape. I believe I killed 5 people, but I am unsure. After my death, I began spectating, knowing my death was justified. My friend Shulk was still alive at the time. He had killed a traitor. According to him, he saw the traitor appear in a doorway, and panicked and shot him once. The traitor returned fire, so my friend finished the traitor off. He admits that this was RDM, and he was even set for autoslay next round. At this point, I can confirm, and is agreed upon that Shulk, a detective, and an AFK traitor were the last 3 people alive. My friend claims that on this tab menu, only 3 people were alive including him and the detective, allowing him to deduct that the final AFK person was indeed the traitor. He killed the traitor ending the round, and was autoslayed without protest the next round. Next round begins, and as a joke, a user decides to give me a tour of the "Ubisoft Offices" where I can help develop their next "Masterpiece". I am innocent, so I am hardly worried about dieing. During the joking-tour, I am greeted with a screen telling me I was permanently banned for "Ghosting" by Junior Admin FreakyDeakyMayo. This is completely without warning. I attempt to friend him and speak to him about the situation, but he does not respond. Admin Are You Sure? then suggests I make an appeal.

During my short talk with Are You Sure? he claims that when my friend killed the final AFK traitor there were many MIA still left. My friend claims there were not, however. Are You Sure? was also not in the game during the moment, so I assume he got his information directly from the Junior Admin.

Please add any miscellaneous information we should know
I can clearly see why you'd believe this is a case of ghosting. However, anyone who has played with Shulk and I yesterday will confirm that we were not ghosting. I also know that ghosting is virtually pointless when it is done that blatantly as it will only result in the banning of us, so I have absolutely no reason to attempt it. If we had been ghosting, I would in no way have allowed Shulk to simply blatantly slaughter the traitors without a reason.

Are You Sure? may not be a very reputable source, either. Last night on the TTT server, he boosted his karma up to 2000 from the "Trigger-Happy" range, and traitor baited as an innocent multiple times. This can be confirmed by Valued Member "Ron Burgundy".
