What ideas or skills can you bring to the table?
For the "skills" part of the question, I can bring long time moderating, applying server rules, making the time fun or to bring down the iron fist down when I have to.

Why do you think you would be a good staff member?
I think I would be a good staff member for a few reasons. First, I am very active and I'm always on the server, even on my no-so-freetime. I know plenty of regulars and staff, I know how to trade well, I like being part of the community and I enjoy helping as much as I can.

How much time can you spend per-day on the servers/forums?
A few hours every day. Around 5-7 hours at a time, more if needed.

What do you think the current staff is doing right?
They know exactly when to bring their foot down, applying rules all the time, even to close friends. Even if they have the little mod or admin term next to their name, they keep a bright and happy time for everyone, respecting any race, sexuality, and belifs.

What things do you think the staff, or Harpoon Gaming as a whole, could improve on?
Having a few admins on for later hours, since quite a lot of trouble is caused during those times. Not try to use the whole "I'm a mod/admin, so I know best" card and know when to come in right away, no excuses.

Why do you want to be a member of the Staff?
I love the community, the people, the trading, the admins, the mods, the owner, the co-owner, the head of staff, and just so many possible reasons to be named. I enjoyed being here, it makes me feel amazing about myself. I made most of my trades, friends, and XP for TF2 here.
